We want you to be completely satisfied with your La Coqueta purchase; if for any reason you are not, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn garments with original tags attached. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and attached.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
